9 Months!

She's growing before our eyes!

New things you like/ are doing:
You're crawling (7/17/14)!! Epp!! standing assisted, letting go of items and standing by yourself for short periods of time (like seconds).

You're starting to really take to food. We've started giving you puffs and food with a little more chunks in them. You really love your morning Peaches and Apples Oatmeal.

 You love watching TV. Tree Fu Tom, Super Why and My little Pony. Admittedly you have a hankering for the movie Frozen but it's likely because your mother could and has watched it multiple times in a row. My record is 3 times after work ;)

Your face LIGHTS UP when you see the opening Disney Credits. You know the one with the fire works? You get this huge grin, you giggle and clap your hands. Love it when you do this!

Your Colors book. This book has animals that flip around. You have a fun time making them do full 360's. I think the concept overall is fascinating to you. The book is truly genius!

We are working on having you say up. I see your mouth trying and I think we'll slowly get there. You also say Dhh when you see the dog. So maybe you're trying to say dog. Not sure yet but it's certainly different from Dada and you only say it when you see Cordova.

Apple juice and your sippy cup. You've taken so well to a sippy cup your lips smack together and you get that tart look on your face when you have Apple juice. Very cute.

Dislikes:Being still. We're back to not liking being confined. You have found mobility and you like to keep moving.

Highlights:
We're living in our first family home. This will hopefully be the house you will come to call home for many decades to come. Only time will tell but this is something I hope happens. I love it here, the land and just the thought of having you and our family grow up here warms my heart.
